What do you do when a bride's maid is not cooperating?
I had a situation where one of my Bride's maid was not cooperating. She was negative about the dress I picked out even before she saw it. She did not return calls. Etc. I really wanted to kick her out of the wedding and replace her with someone else. What should I have done? Better yet...what would you do? 		0 1

My fiance and I are paying for the wedding...but mom wants to invite everyone...
My fiancee and I are paying for the wedding and we had a set amount of guests that we wanted to invite based on our budget. My mom, on the other hand, wants to invite a lot of people from her job (most of whom I don't even know btw). Some of the people she already invited and it would be rude to uninvite them. What should I do and how can I get my mom to understand that this is not acceptible without hurting her feelings? 		0 0

What are appropriate gifts to give to the parents?
I found beautiful jewelry to give to my attendants. I just don't know what to get for the parents. This shouldn't be difficult since they are my parents. I just don't want to give them a typical gift that you give at holidays, birthdays, etc. Any suggestions? 		0 0
